Hello Dear
I have been an Orange customer since March 2022.
This Year In my March bill is seen some amount deducted in ISD call and as well Multimedia subscription.
Firstly there was no request from my side and .there was no message or mail from orange.
about the subscription.
I immediately contacted the local as well as the helpline number and requested a total ban on any ISD call and Multimedia Subscription in Future.
The local orange call me that they will not allow any ISD or multimedia Subscription.
But now I saw a very high bill in my bank account, so I downloaded the invoice but it was not clear. There were no details of the deductions for

Local orange told me that I have subscribed to Multimedia Playvod.
But I told me that I never took any subscription and there is ban to take any subscription.
But they fail to give any answers.
Now I will Like to request
1 Refund of all the amount taken from me in last 18 months as Multi media subscription.
2 Give the details of all .amount in the same bill for which there is Wi Fi.
3 Give the least minimum possible wi fi and mobile back with 10 GB.
I have attached a chat with Orange executive to stop ISD and Multimedia in future.
Also Bank Satate ment and the bill which has no details
